This 14-session course explores what Christian spiritual formation is and what we can do to bring dynamism to our own Christian spirituality. We begin our journey with Jesus as the foundation of our Christian spirituality, and what life immersed in the Holy Spirit is like. We will learn that Christian spirituality is not only about our spiritual self, but our physical self as well, and we examine the sin in our lives, learning how the Holy Spirit helps us through our weaknesses. Then, we will learn what desires all people have, and how God is the only thing that truly fulfills all of those desires, before we end our session learning to live gospel-driven lives.

This course goes beyond the basics of the Christian faith. It is not only theoretical knowledge, but gives us the invitation to practice what we are learning; we are given the opportunity to bring new life to our own Christian spirituality in each session by allowing us to examine our own lives, as we build the foundation of our spirituality and learn who God is, who God says we are, the hope we have in this truth, and how to live life as a child of God.
